In this 4-day hands-on workshop students will plan a program based on a Logic Model and learn how to research statistics to document the Problem Statement. Students will then learn to write Program Descriptions with goals and measurable objectives, evaluation plans with measurable outcomes, an Executive Summary, and a Letter of Inquiry. On the last day students will study organization and program budget planning and prepare foundation and government grant budgets. A Certificate of Completion is awarded to students completing all of the assignments at the workshop.
