Thoughts on the Grant Training Center

I am thinking about taking a 2 hours webinar on the fundamentals of grant writing through the Grant Training Center. Here the link to the webpage for the course. Does anyone have some experience with this organization? As a novice in this field, I don't want to waste my time and money on a class that is not really worth it.
