Hello,
I'm a grants manager for a small city in Arizona (El Mirage). The city is 11 square miles and landlocked. Officials are very interested in getting on board the "green train" in terms of economic development, but understand that the limited availability of land will not draw large-scale manufacturers of solar, wind, biofuel etc. Instead, El Mirage wants to focus on bringing employer-driven green training to the community and become the center for such training for much of Arizona. Any thoughts . . .
