Hello everyone~

Most of my 15 year federal grant writing experience has been the Federal TRIO Programs through the U.S. Department of Education, as well as grant proposals for OJJDP at the DOJ. I received an inquiry recently from a potential client on my interest on helping them develop a proposal for the DOL for the Workforce Innovation Fund. I was wondering if anyone has a sample proposal they care to share with me. I've already reviewed the RFP and it's similar to the TRIO RFP structure, but I would love to see the layout of a WIF proposal.

I appreciate any assistance that you can provide.

Many thanks! ~Ron

Hi all!  I've written successful proposals for many federal agencies -now working on my 1st NSF SBIR proposal.  Would anyone have a sample executive summary you could share (the 2-3 page document sent to the program officer for feedback prior to submitting a Phase 1 proposal).  Thanks!

Pamela have you looked at the possibility of getting developers to fund the landings in exchange for retail rights or some other economic benefit to them?

Hello all ~

I work for a local government in Alaska and am looking for funding to construct ferry landings, and for operating funds for the ferry. I have leads on the operating funds, however I am at a loss on the Capital funds for construction. Due to the location we do not qualify for the Ferry Boat Discreationary funding and I am not sure where else to look for this type of funding.

Does anyone have any suggestions that may help me in my search? All ideas would be welcomed.

Thank you,

Pamela Graham
