My opinion is- your time is still your time. Your hourly rate should stay the same. I charge the same hourly rate for research, proofing ,and writing. A lot of my fellow writers that I speak with everyday do the same thing."

NIH SBIR proofing rates
I just got a request to proof someone's (already completed) NIH SBIR grant application and they want a rate. Has anyone got a recommendation on this? What is the going rate? I know what I charge to write one, but have never just proofed one and don't know what a fair (& customary) rate would be. Thanks in advance for any advice.
