I am assisting a very small, very new nonprofit with some fundraising/development planning, programming and proposal writing. Keep in mind that I am volunteering my services at this point. They are a very nice and enthusiastic group with a great cause and have little experience with grants. Everyone else is also unpaid and the Exec.
