Hello Veronica and welcome to the For GrantWriters Only learning community. I am so glad you joined! Given your experience, I know your input will be valuable.

As difficult as it seems, go with the assistant! I have had mine for a little over a year, and it has reduced my stress level tremendously. Start by having him/her just set grants up for you based on your past work. Then you can refine them from there. Keeps the pipeline moving and helps focus your attention.

I hope you will consider joining our North TX Grant Professionals or South TX Grant Professionals group. You may also be interested in our Consultants, Outdoor & Environment Supporters, Higher Education Supporters, Health & Hospital Supporters, and Government Grant Writers groups. No cost to join. Just click on Groups above to get started.

Best Regards,
Melanie
